- Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This Experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- Each member may make up to 6 redemptions. 50,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Stay period: 24 April 2023 – 23 April 2024.
- Blackout dates apply: 20 - 25 April 2023, 15 July - 31 August 2023, 17 - 19 November 2023, 23 December 2023 - 05 January 2024, 02 - 04 February 2024.
- After successful redemption, members will receive a confirmation email. A redemption confirmation does not infer a reservation or guarantee date of stay.
- Exclusively for Garden Villa bookings, get resort credit of IDR 500,000 nett per stay (redeemable for spa service at Shankha Spa and food and beverage at Fisherman’s Club, Wok Wok, Deli & Bakery, Blue Oven and Fire Fox).
